A core part of the job is sequencing and balancing resources and being clear with internal and cross functional partners about priorities. You'll be a people-first leader who can grow and mentor a high-performing team while aligning everyone around a shared vision and navigating trade-offs between user experience, technical feasibility, regulatory requirements, delivery timelines, and driving Apple values.

Description

You'll be based in Cupertino managing a team distributed between Cupertino and Austin and working across the full set of functions that depend on this data. Our team builds the applications and custom AI agents that enable Apple to manufacture every product we ship, and to know and report how it was made — including strict compliance with Apple’s Supplier Code of Conduct, the materials used, and the environmental footprint. • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across functions — including legal, communications, and audit or assurance functions — and presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with auditing systems, assessment workflows, and reporting or assurance standards, and the data integrity and traceability requirements they impose
  • Experience managing distributed teams across multiple locations
