Job summary

Bora Pharmaceuticals is seeking a senior leader to head the production and packaging equipment maintenance and reliability program at its Camden campus. You will lead the equipment specialist team, ensuring equipment uptime and guiding engineering projects to improve reliability, while focusing on staff development and regulatory interactions.

The role requires a BS in Engineering, 8+ years in pharma/process environments, and strong knowledge of process equipment, 3D drawing, CNC machining, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
• Eight+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical/process industry setting.
• Detailed knowledge of process equipment design, operation and repair.
• Knowledge of 3D drawing and CNC machining.
• Isolator fill line experience desired.
• Strong oral, written, and listening communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and applicable ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for the equipment specialist team.
• Lead by example with strong communication and personnel development.
• Motivate reports to ensure safe and effective acquisition, use and maintenance of production equipment.
• Propose and manage continuous improvement projects to maximize uptime.
• Coordinate qualification of equipment and engineering vendors.
• Lead capital project execution for process improvements.
• Plan shutdown preventative maintenance and related tasks.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is executed and improved as needed.
