You will drive engineering excellence, manage the CAPEX plan, and steer EHS initiatives to uphold safety and cGMP standards. The role requires a strong pharmaceutical manufacturing background, budget oversight, and the ability to influence at all levels.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science or Engineering from an accredited program.
• 10 years of pharmaceutical/chemical manufacturing experience in an Engineering function.
• Experience in maintenance, project management, and validation within a CDMO.
• Professional engineering designation (preferred) and strong data-driven decision skills.

• Provide leadership of site Engineering and EHS departments.
• Oversee maintenance, capital projects, and facilities management onsite.
