Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Environmental Data Analytics Discipline Leader to advance analytics across environmental services. You will work with the firm’s digital teams, SMEs, and sales to deliver analytics-driven solutions, guide IP and R&D investments, and grow a skilled team of practitioners on a global scale.

The role collaborates with technical teams across disciplines, focusing on data management, analytics tool development, and market-facing capabilities to keep CDM Smith at the forefront

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; 12 years of related experience preferred, with equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; travel frequency is task-dependent.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate data analytics technologies and platforms for environmental data applications (water quality, investigations, remediation, O&M).
• Collaborate with sales, digital teams, and Trinnex on technical sales, design, and delivery of analytics solutions.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams across teams to expand environmental analytics capabilities.
• Develop processes to evaluate ideas and initiatives for innovation investments.
• Grow and mentor environmental data analytics practitioners for diverse client projects.
