Job summary

Es Vedra Cinemas in Nashville is seeking a General Manager to lead dine-in and traditional theaters, bowling, and F&B operations. You will drive revenue, supervise a multi-site team, and uphold safety and service standards.

You will coach managers, organize training, control costs, and partner with corporate to deliver memorable guest experiences. Availability for holidays, nights, and weekends is required; ServSafe and alcohol certifications are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of dining theater, entertainment center or restaurant operations management in high-volume operation.
• Minimum 3 years of F&B management experience in a high-volume management role with full-service bar and kitchen.
• Proven track record of operational excellence.
• Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach and develop team members in their specific job functions.
• Interviews, hires and evaluates team members.
• Prepares administrative reports and special reports for senior management/corporate office.
• Responsible for cash handling procedures and policies to avoid discrepancies.
• Inspects building, parking lot, and equipment conditions; initiates repairs as needed.
• Organizes and conducts team meetings and training sessions.
• Controls costs, including direct operating expenses; purchases inventory and supplies.
• Monitors safety and loss prevention; manages emergencies and incidents.
• Ensures guest service standards and proper staffing across areas.
