Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Manager to lead a team of Enterprise Technical Leads while directly owning a subset of our most complex enterprise engagements. This player-coach role blends people leadership with hands-on technical ownership to scale delivery and capability.

You will develop a high-performing team, directly lead critical accounts, architect scalable solutions, and mentor engineers to improve delivery and outcomes for our healthcare data platforms.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., solutions engineering, implementations, technical program management)
• Proven track record leading complex enterprise implementations or integrations
• Ability to operate at both team leadership and hands-on technical contributor levels
• 1–3+ years of experience managing or mentoring technical, customer-facing teams
• Strong communicator who can translate technical complexity into clear decisions and actions

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Technical Leads.
• Own high-impact enterprise engagements as a player-coach.
• Architect and execute scalable technical solutions and integrations across multiple systems.
