Cengage Group in the United States is seeking a Senior Director, Talent Acquisition to lead the strategy, design, and execution of our enterprise TA function. This leader will build a recruiting organization that attracts, assesses, and hires top talent across product, technology, data, AI, and customer success.

Qualifications

12+ years in talent acquisition with leadership experience.
Experience scaling enterprise talent functions in tech or SaaS.
Experience with AI-enabled recruiting and data analytics.
Proven ability to influence executives and build teams.
Familiarity with workforce planning and internal mobility.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute an enterprise TA strategy aligned to growth priorities.
Build and scale a high-performing recruiting team with functional expertise.
Lead transformation of recruiting practices through AI, automation, and data.
Partner with HR Talent Strategy Partners, Talent COE, and business leaders.
Define recruiting metrics, workforce analytics, and market insights.
