Job summary

Momentum seeks a Director of Enterprise Systems to architect how Momentum's systems work together, owning cross-system design, integration standards, and the legal tech stack end to end. You will influence patterns, data contracts, and platform roadmaps across ERP, CRM, HRIS, and more, partnering with Legal, Finance, IT, and portfolio leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree ideally in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven enterprise systems architecture and cross-system integration design experience across ERP/Finance, CRM, HRIS and Legal domains.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis and durable resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Trace downstream impact of material changes before they ship to prevent cross-system breaks.
• Serve as design authority for cross-system solutions and set patterns and data contracts.
• Lead architecture reviews and contribute to Enterprise Systems strategy.
• Coach team members through complex work and grow capability.
• Implement reusable integration patterns over point-to-point connections using APIs, iPaaS, and event/file patterns.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Procurement, IT, and portfolio leaders to roadmap systems.
• Own the legal technology stack (CLM, e-signature, entity management, legal intake).
• Participate in vendor evaluations and roadmap planning; stay current on platform releases and AI automation.
