Job summary

True Anomaly seeks a Senior Manager of Enterprise Security to lead a team securing enterprise foundations across identity, endpoints, cloud, and Linux fleet. You will align security strategy with compliance needs and guide a fast-paced security organization from the ground up.

You will define the security roadmap, mentor engineers, and ensure readiness for incidents while partnering with IT, DevOps, and OT stakeholders to embed security across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience directly managing security engineering teams.
• 7+ years in information security or a related technical field with hands-on work.
• Experience building or maturing enterprise security programs (including OT security or Linux/identity security).
• Strong understanding of enterprise and cloud technologies, vulnerabilities, and security tooling.
• Knowledge of at least one scripting language (Python, Go, Bash, Rust).
• Ability to translate business priorities into security strategy and communicate at all levels.
• Proven incident leadership and on-call operations experience.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Security team and mentor engineers across security domains.
• Define and drive the security roadmap for workstations, servers, cloud, and Linux fleet.
• Oversee vulnerability management maturity, SLAs, and risk-based prioritization.
• Set strategy for identity, access management, and configuration management.
• Collaborate with IT, DevOps, engineering, and OT stakeholders to embed security in SDLC and IaC.
• Represent security in change management and executive communications.
