Job summary

Academy Sports + Outdoors is seeking a senior IT infrastructure leader to guide enterprise network, firewall, and telecom platforms, ensuring secure and scalable connectivity across corporate, retail, and supply chain environments.

You will drive annual roadmaps, manage budgets and vendors, and mentor a high-performing team while coordinating with IT/business leadership to align priorities with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years IT infrastructure with enterprise network focus.
• 4+ years managerial leadership, including managing other managers.
• Experience developing and executing technology roadmaps aligned to business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead connectivity platforms for enterprise network, firewall, and telecom.
• Oversee budgets, vendors, SLAs, and performance metrics.
• Develop annual operating plan and technology roadmap for network platforms.
• Build and develop a high-performing technical team and manage incident response.
