Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12–15+ years in merchandise planning or related fields, with senior leadership experience.
• Proven track record leading planning strategy across an enterprise or portfolio of brands.
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills; expert Excel.
• Executive- and board-level communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Experience building, developing, and retaining a leadership team.
• Preferred: enterprise-scale planning across multiple brands or channels.
