FirstEnergy Corp. seeks a seasoned leader to direct enterprise leadership and employee development programs across its organization.

You will guide curriculum design, governance, and delivery for leaders at all levels and partner with HR and business leaders to align development with strategic priorities. Responsibilities include measuring program impact, driving modern learning methodologies, and overseeing a team of instructional designers and facilitators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, Education, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 10+ years in learning and development, leadership development, talent development, training, or organizational development.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams, programs, and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for enterprise leadership and employee development programs.
• Lead design, development, and evaluation of curricula and learning experiences.
• Oversee programs for aspiring leaders and executives; manage L&D delivery teams.
• Establish governance for leadership development, learning design, and evaluation.
• Partner with business leaders to align development strategies with priorities.
• Drive modern learning methods and tech-enabled solutions.
• Develop goals, metrics, budgets, and measures of impact.
