Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Sr Director of Enterprise Data Strategy & Governance to lead the development and execution of the company’s enterprise data strategy and governance framework. In this senior role, you will partner with businesses, functions, and technology teams to establish trusted data assets enabling enterprise reporting, AI initiatives, and S/4HANA modernization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in Data Management, Data Governance, Analytics, Information Management, or Digital Transformation.
• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale data governance, master data management, or data quality programs.
• Experience working within complex global organizations with multiple business units and functions.
• Experience supporting large-scale ERP transformations, preferably SAP S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Honeywell's enterprise data strategy aligned with business transformation, operational excellence, S/4 modernization, and AI priorities.
• Develop a multi-year roadmap for enterprise data governance, quality, stewardship, and management capabilities.
• Establish business-driven outcomes, success metrics, and value realization plans for enterprise data initiatives.
• Partner with senior business and functional leaders to align data priorities with strategic objectives.
• Lead the design and implementation of an enterprise-wide data governance framework.
• Establish clear ownership, accountability, and stewardship models across all critical data domains like Master, Transactional, Reference and Analytical.
• Facilitate enterprise governance forums and executive governance reviews.
• Drive governance policy development, standards adoption, and compliance monitoring.
• Lead the enterprise strategy for Master Data Management (MDM) and golden record creation.
• Ensure consistent governance, quality, lineage, and lifecycle management across critical master data domains.
