Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, data management, business, or analytics.
• 10+ years in SAP enterprise data governance or related fields.
• Ability to lead enterprise initiatives and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of data governance standards and accountability.
• Partner with owners to establish ownership, stewardship, decision rights.
• Define data requirements, standards, and integration principles with IT teams.
• Drive data quality standards, scorecards, and corrective actions.
• Translate challenges into measurable improvement plans and outcomes.
