Job summary

Relias, based in Morrisville, NC, seeks a Director to lead enterprise data governance, master data management, and privacy operations. This role reports to the CFO organization and will own enterprise data definitions, stewardship, quality, ownership, and governance across business and product domains.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Data Governance, Master Data Management, Analytics, or related disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years leading enterprise-scale governance initiatives
• Proven experience establishing data governance frameworks, stewardship models, and governance councils
• Experience aligning business and technology stakeholders around common metrics, definitions, and data standards
• Experience supporting executive reporting, analytics, forecasting, and enterprise performance measurement

Responsibilities

• Define and implement Relias's enterprise data governance operating model and stewardship framework
• Lead the Data Governance Council and steward network with business leaders
• Establish accountability for enterprise data assets across departments and systems
• Develop enterprise data policies, governance councils, and metadata practices
• Support privacy, DSAR, and data lifecycle governance initiatives across multiple systems
