Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, analytics, statistics, computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or a related discipline.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Approximately 10+ years in data, analytics, BI, digital or tech roles with leadership experience.
• Experience leading enterprise data platforms, governance, BI, data products, AI-enabled solutions.
• Pharma/regulated industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year enterprise data and analytics strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Own the data and analytics portfolio, roadmap, operating cadence, budget recommendations, resource plan, and value realization.
• Advise executives on major data, analytics, digital, and AI opportunities, tradeoffs, dependencies, and risks.
• Lead secure, scalable enterprise data platform design and delivery across data sources.
• Establish enterprise data governance, metadata, lineage, quality, access controls, retention, and issue management.
• Lead enterprise BI strategy, dashboards, reporting, self-service analytics, and standards.
• Define and execute an enterprise AI and advanced analytics roadmap with governance.
