Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Sr. Director, Enterprise Compliance Effectiveness & Experience in Dallas.

This role leads the Enterprise Compliance Program effectiveness framework, drives modernization of compliance technology, and shapes the enterprise compliance experience for Team McKesson. You will partner with Legal, Technology, HR, and business units to align governance, strengthen regulatory readiness, and deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading enterprise compliance program assessments, maturity evaluations, remediation programs, and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading technology-enabled transformation, including GRC implementation and adoption.
• Proven ability to influence executive leaders across a matrixed organization.
• Experience designing stakeholder-centered services and employee experiences.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead McKesson's enterprise framework for evaluating and improving the Compliance Program effectiveness.
• Translate the compliance technology strategy into a multi-year roadmap and oversee transformation initiatives.
• Establish governance for the Compliance technology ecosystem and manage vendor relationships.
• Design the enterprise experience for engaging with Compliance and optimize the front door processes.
• Provide strategic compliance support to corporate functions and executive leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and value realization across the program.
