Job summary

HDR is seeking an executive to lead the enterprise client experience program, shaping vision, strategy, governance, and deployment across business groups and regions. The role translates client insights into measurable actions that elevate loyalty, retention, and long‑term growth.

With 15+ years in A/E/C and strong executive communication, you will guide change management, coach leaders, and embed client‑centric practices into daily decision‑making, performance metrics, and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in the A/E/C industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, organizational leadership, engineering, architecture, or related field is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading large cross‑functional strategic programs or initiatives across complex organizations.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to translate client, market, and organizational insights into strategic and operational improvements.
• Ability to work within a globally matrixed firm with dispersed teams and leverage relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead HDR’s enterprise‑wide client experience program, defining and advancing the vision, strategy, governance, and implementation approach.
• Serve as the enterprise advocate for the Voice of the Client, ensuring client perspectives are understood and incorporated into decisions.
• Oversee client feedback systems, drive workshops, action planning, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across the enterprise.
