Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling is seeking a Director of Enterprise Analytics to lead and scale our analytics capabilities. This role will build reliable reporting and analytics across the organization, partnering with Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT to translate needs into actionable insights.

You will own Snowflake and Power BI environments, establish governance and data standards, and help leaders make data-driven decisions during a period of growth and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive analytics and BI experience.
• Leadership experience overseeing analytics, BI, data engineering, or similar functions.
• Strong experience with Snowflake or a cloud data platform.
• Strong experience with Power BI or similar BI platforms.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into practical analytics solutions.
• Strong ability to partner with technology teams and business leaders.
• Experience working in fast-paced organizations with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise analytics strategy, standards, and processes.
• Oversee enterprise reporting, dashboards, analytics models, and curated data.
• Partner with leaders across Finance, Operations, Sales, EHS, Customer Experience, and IT.
• Lead development and optimization of Snowflake analytics environment.
• Own enterprise Power BI governance, standards, workspace management, security, and production processes.
• Establish definitions and reporting standards for key metrics and KPIs.
• Develop scalable analytics models and reporting solutions for enterprise and departmental needs.
• Create tools, templates, documentation, and training for certified data usage.
• Monitor data and reporting reliability, refreshes, and issues.
