Job summary

Zoox is seeking a Lead Analytics Engineer to bridge enterprise data sources and AI-driven decision systems. You will own the semantic layer and data modeling strategy, transforming data from SAP, Workday, Salesforce, and Anaplan into clean, AI-ready datasets.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will design scalable architectures, set data standards, and mentor engineers while collaborating with AI and analytics teams to deliver trusted insights across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Data Engineering & Analytics with hands-on semantic framework experience.
• Experience building enterprise-grade data models using modern data stacks.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable data solutions and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a unified semantic model for cross-functional stakeholders and AI agents.
• Collaborate with Data & AI Engineers to optimize enterprise data for low-latency querying.
• Establish standards for data modeling, version control, testing, and documentation.
• Implement automated testing and observability to detect data anomalies and self-heal pipelines.
• Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
