Job summary

Sedgwick Claims Management Services Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Generative AI Engineering for Enterprise.

The role provides executive leadership, strategic direction, and governance for the organization’s data and AI engineering ecosystem, enabling advanced analytics and production-grade AI capabilities across on‑prem and multi‑cloud environments. You will own the Snowflake strategy, integration with AWS/Azure AI services, and drive cost governance while ensuring security and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or related field.
• Masters degree preferred for senior leadership
• Proven track record in enterprise AI platforms and data engineering leadership.
• Experience with large-scale data governance and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise data and generative AI strategy at scale.
• Oversee design and operation of ETL/ELT and data platforms across on-prem and cloud.
• Govern feature stores, data products, and regulatory compliant data workflows.
• Lead enterprise AI enablement including embeddings, RAG, and agent-based solutions.
• Manage relationships with AI providers and cloud platforms; control access and security.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver measurable business value from AI.
