Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Project Management, Process Engineering, and Tooling.
• Drive new product development from customer concept through production launch.
• Establish and grow internal mold design and build capabilities into a profitable segment.
• Provide strategic leadership for mold design, tooling strategy, and technical decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales and customers to deliver innovative manufacturing solutions.
• Oversee tooling programs including quoting, design review, and project execution.
• Ensure production readiness and successful product launches with Manufacturing and Quality.
