Job summary

Aprios Custom MFG in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, is seeking a Manufacturing Program Manager to lead new molding and additive manufacturing programs. This role requires a proactive leader who will act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing program or project management experience required.
• Experience in medical device or regulated industries preferred.
• Familiarity with IQ/OQ/PQ validations is preferred.

• Serve as primary point of contact between customers and internal teams.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resources for multiple programs.
