Job summary

Home Chef is seeking a senior technical leader to oversee the Engineering & Business Analytics team, shaping strategy and roadmaps aligned with company goals. You will drive architectural direction, code quality, and scalable practices while partnering with product leadership to deliver impact.

You will manage a large team in a fast-paced environment, guide budget decisions, and mentor engineers. The role requires travel <5% and a hands-on, pragmatic approach to innovation and delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior technical leadership experience.
• Experience leading a large multi-disciplinary team (10+ members).
• Familiar with Ruby on Rails, React, and JavaScript.
• Experience managing 1M+ software budgets.
• Availability for after-hours/on-call support.
