Job summary

Home Chef is seeking a Senior Analyst for the Continuous Improvement (CI) team to act as a liaison to fulfillment groups. You will identify performance opportunities, quantify business impact, and drive change across plant networks with strong data and analytics support.

Responsibilities include strategic projects, data modeling, and collaboration with operations tech to deliver tools and reporting. Requires 3+ years in analytics and a STEM degree; 25% travel expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain or operations analytics.
• Background in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills with Excel/Sheets/Apps Script.
• 3+ years of experience with Javascript, HTML, CSS.
• Strong prioritization and project management abilities.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects with advanced data support delivering measurable results.
• Continuously optimize production plans and planning tools.
• Collaborate with plant teams to enable process improvements.
• Develop data-driven KPIs and ad-hoc analyses for decisions.
