Flextronics - The Flex Company is looking for a Head of Engineering located in Virginia. This role leads Engineering teams in designing and implementing innovative, cost-effective product solutions from prototypes to production.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk design tools and PDM and PLM.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities of senior Design & Engineering managers.
• Partner with leaders to establish objectives and action plans.
• Ensure the development of Design & Engineering solutions.
