Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university, or 5–7 years of related experience/training.
• Experience managing multiple field install crews.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities for construction and installation.
• Conduct inspections and obtain permits.
• Coordinate with clients and ensure code compliance.
• Estimate scope of work and obtain bids.

Skills

Logistics experience

Ability to read blueprints

OSHA & safety knowledge

Excellent verbal communication skills

Supervisory and leadership skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Education
