Job summary

Children’s Wisconsin is seeking a Director of Client Services to lead enterprise end user technology services, enabling reliable clinical and business operations across the health system. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, this role directs managers and teams, owns ITSM processes, and oversees the outsourced service desk.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressively responsible IT experience in end user services, IT operations, or service management.
• At least 3 years of formal people management experience.
• Experience leading outsourced service desk or managed service provider relationships.
• Experience applying ITSM practices and coordinating incident response.

Responsibilities

• Directs Managers and staff in Client Services. Builds a service culture grounded in collaboration and accountability.
• Owns enterprise ITSM processes including incident, problem, change enablement, and service request management.
• Leads outsourced service desk performance, service levels, and provider coordination.
• Oversees field services, endpoint engineering, and mobility; aligns with clinical and operational needs.
