Job summary

Children's Wisconsin seeks a Director of Client Services to lead enterprise end-user technology services across a health system. You will direct Client Services managers, own ITSM processes, and manage the outsourced service desk to ensure reliable support for patient care and operations.

Reporting to the CTO, you will oversee field services, endpoint engineering, mobility, and large technology projects with emphasis on governance, budgeting, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive IT experience in end user services, IT operations, or service management.
• 3+ years of formal people management experience including coaching and development.
• 2+ years leading managers and outsourced service desks with enterprise ITSM ownership.

Responsibilities

• Directs Client Services managers and staff, sets goals, and evaluates performance.
• Owns enterprise ITSM processes including incident, problem, change, service request, and knowledge.
• Leads outsourced service desk, defines service scope and performance, and drives improvements.
• Directs field services, endpoint engineering, and mobility initiatives across locations.
