In this role, you will manage a team focused on electrical power systems design and collaborate with product management to create specifications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analog and power electronics, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Qualifications
This position requires 15+ years of experience in analog and power circuit design.
Experience in managing a group of engineers is mandatory.
Proficient in creating wiring and schematic diagrams.
Responsibilities
Lead the Electrical Engineering team and manage product development.
Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for product specifications.
Ensure designs meet stakeholder expectations and industry standards.
Skills
Strong knowledge of analog, digital, and power electronics
Proficient in AC voltage theory
Solid knowledge of the latest National Electric Code (NEC)
Experience with battery storage and/or electrical power equipment
Excellent communication skills
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
