Job summary

A leading energy technology company is seeking an Electromechanical Engineer to design and test systems for clean energy delivery from batteries to the grid. The role involves collaboration across engineering teams and requires proficiency in both electrical and mechanical design, alongside significant experience in high-volume manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a background in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering and excellent leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years or master’s with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience with electrical and mechanical design.
• Direct experience with high-volume manufacturing and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship within a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Own the electromechanical design of Form’s battery products.
• Address challenges related to electronics packaging.
