Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business).
• 10+ years of experience in electrical/electronics strategic sourcing or global commodity management in hardware manufacturing.
• 5+ years of experience leading procurement or supply chain teams.
• Experience negotiating enterprise-level agreements and managing diverse commodity portfolios.
• Track record managing supplier lifecycles and complex commercial agreements.
• Understanding of New Product Introduction (NPI) workflows.
• Willingness to travel 25%–50% domestically and internationally.

This leader will own the strategy and execution for electrical commodity sourcing in a complex hardware manufacturing environment. The role will shape supplier partnerships, strengthen procurement capability across global sites, and partner closely with engineering to support design decisions and new product introduction. It also carries responsibility for mitigating supply chain risk, improving commercial outcomes, and driving value through disciplined analysis and negotiation.

Location: Costa Mesa, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $253,000 – $336,000 annually
