The role focuses on preconstruction excellence, mentoring a team of estimators, and shaping pursuit strategies that win high-value bids.

You will collaborate with executives, operations, and business development, review drawings and specs, and drive cost-effective budgets and proposals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical estimating with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience estimating medium to large commercial/industrial projects.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop estimating teams.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, labor, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead all estimating and preconstruction activities for commercial and industrial electrical projects.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of estimators.
• Review drawings, specs, and bid documents to develop estimating strategies.
• Prepare and oversee conceptual budgets, negotiated proposals, design-build estimates, and hard bids.
• Evaluate labor, materials, subcontracts, and project risks.
