Job summary

Hamilton County ESC is seeking a Chief Educational Solutions Officer to lead Educational Solutions, align district partnerships, and drive growth across Early Childhood, Student Services, and Curriculum & Instruction. This senior leader will coordinate with operations, set strategic direction, and ensure program impact.

Qualifications

Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
Valid Ohio Superintendent License or Ohio Administrative License.
Minimum of three years in a senior educational leadership role such as superintendent, assistant superintendent, principal, or equivalent.
Three to five years of supervisory experience overseeing staff and operations.

Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership for HCESC's Educational Solutions focus areas (Early Childhood, Student Services, Curriculum & Instruction).
Align HCESC services with district needs and strategic priorities.
