Job summary

Hamilton County Educational Service Center seeks a Chief Educational Solutions Officer (CESO) to lead its Educational Solutions and district partnerships strategy. The role reports to the Superintendent and collaborates with the Chief of Operations to ensure delivery, quality, and impact across Early Childhood, Student Services, and Curriculum and Instruction.

The CESO shapes strategic direction, coordinates grants and statewide initiatives, and builds leadership capacity across departments,

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university required.
• Valid Ohio Superintendent License or Ohio Administrative License required.
• Minimum 3 years in senior educational leadership roles such as superintendent or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible supervisory experience.
• Experience leading complex initiatives across departments and districts.
• Strong data analysis, budgeting, and planning capabilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for HCESC's educational service delivery focus areas.
• Align, integrate, and grow district partnerships and educational solutions.
• Oversee strategy, quality, growth, performance and customer experience.
• Coordinate with the Superintendent and Chief of Operations to support service delivery.
• Represent HCESC in state and national educational networks as appropriate.
• Develop leadership capacity and position HCESC as a trusted partner.
