The Plastics Industry Association (PLASTICS) seeks a Director of Education to lead the Association's education strategy, building online and in-person courses, certificate programs, webinars, and workshops that strengthen workforce development and increase member value.

This hands-on leadership role oversees portfolio strategy, product development, learning technologies, and financial performance, reports to the Vice President of Events & Marketing, and manages two direct reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in talent development or education leadership.
• Proven revenue growth from educational products or programs.
• Experience with SMEs, volunteers, and industry partners.
• Experience with LMS and edtech platforms.

Responsabilités

• Oversee development, delivery, and growth of educational products and learning experiences.
• Lead portfolio strategy, product development, and financial performance for education programs.
• Collaborate with industry experts, volunteers, and internal stakeholders on program development.
• Manage learning technologies and supervise two direct reports.
