Job summary

Personal Care Products Council seeks a strategic, hands-on director of education and events to lead its educational programming and grow sponsorship, exhibition, and other non-dues revenue. Reporting to the EVP of marketing, membership and events, this role collaborates across departments to align education and events with PCPC's priorities.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in association management, event management, or a related field with leadership responsibility.
Bachelor's degree; CMP/CAE designation a plus.
Strong financial skills including budget development, expense tracking, and executive reporting.
Excellent written communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution for PCPC's major events, from site selection to post-event reporting.
Manage venue contracts, vendor bids, and event logistics.
Develop sponsorship packages and revenue opportunities; manage sponsor relationships.
Create standardized event processes, guidelines, and playbooks to improve consistency and growth.
Represent PCPC at external meetings and industry forums.
