Agility Robotics is seeking a Head of Editorial and Content to build the narrative engine that grounds humanoid robotics in reality. You will lead a team of content strategists, storytellers, social experts, and creatives to translate complex innovations into engaging stories across every major channel.

The role defines editorial strategy, builds a destination media presence, and scales an AI-native publishing workflow while shaping high-impact technology narratives and mentoring top talent.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of editorial leadership at a tech company or media outlet.
• Ability to translate complex tech topics into engaging narratives.
• Proven platform experience across web, newsletters, social, video, and distribution channels.

Responsibilities

• Define our global editorial strategy and position Agility as the authority on humanoid robotics.
• Build a destination media presence with a high-retention audience.
• Shape narratives that explain technology breakthroughs and deployment at scale.
• Mine the organization for insights and coordinate with partners and external contributors.
• Publish across formats: long-form essays, short-form takes, explainers, case studies, clips, and newsletters.
• Maintain content calendar and coordinate with Creative, Comms, Demand Gen, and Product Marketing.
• Scale an AI-native publishing engine with editorial rigor and taste.
• Recruit, manage, and mentor a world-class content team and external contributors.
• Measure success, report on performance, and drive optimization tests.
