Job summary

Talent Matters is partnering with a fast-growing pet wellness brand to appoint a Head of Ecommerce & Digital. Reporting to the Founder, you will direct digital, acquisition and retention strategies while leading a lean, agile team to drive growth across DTC and retail channels.

You will own the annual calendar, optimise CRM flows in Klaviyo, manage Shopify Plus and steer Meta ads, with a strong emphasis on brand integrity and customer trust.

Qualifications

• 2+ years at Head of Ecommerce/Digital level in a DTC brand.
• Strong knowledge of retail promotional dynamics and omni-channel environments.
• Extensive proficiency with Shopify Plus and Klaviyo.
• Proven track record driving Meta Ads strategies and paid media conversion.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual promotional, trade and communications calendar, aligning digital initiatives with retail cycles.
• Drive digital performance marketing and Meta advertising strategies.
• Oversee end-to-end CRM and customer retention, building and optimising Klaviyo flows and lifecycle journeys.
• Manage the Shopify Plus platform, monitor SEO, and use data/AI tools for reporting.
• Champion brand integrity and customer trust with high-impact campaigns and activations.
• Serve on the executive leadership team to shape business strategy and growth.
• Lead and mentor the marketing and digital team, overseeing web, content and agency partners.
