Job summary

Georgia Military College is seeking a Director of Dining Services to provide strategic leadership for all dining operations across residential, retail, catering, and auxiliary programs at the Milledgeville campus. The role focuses on financial sustainability through P&L management, SOP development, KPI implementation, and customer service excellence in support of the College's mission.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 5+ years of leadership experience in dining

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Admin, or related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible leadership experience in dining services or related operations.
• Experience supervising multiple levels of staff.
• Experience managing departmental budgets and financial performance.
• Experience implementing operational improvements and managing organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for Dining Services, establish KPIs and SOPs.
• Manage financial performance including budgeting, labor optimization, and cost control.
• Lead talent development, succession planning, and coaching.
• Develop and enforce SOPs, workflows, and compliance across dining operations.
• Collaborate with campus partners to enhance dining experience and revenue.
