Job summary

Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation seeks an executive to lead strategic technology enablement and portfolio management across its hospitality properties. You will drive the end-to-end delivery of business-led technology initiatives, partner with IT and vendors, and ensure adoption and value realization across the organization.

The role requires a decade of leadership in digital transformation, strong program management, and experience in hospitality/gaming operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum ten (10) years of leadership experience in digital transformation or technology enablement.
• Minimum seven (7) years of supervisory experience.
• Hospitality, gaming, resort, or multi-property operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise technology initiatives across a hospitality portfolio to modernize processes and improve ROI.
• Drive end-to-end technology program delivery with scope, timelines, and budgets defined with stakeholders.
• Own strategic technology platforms for hotel operations, guest engagement, and revenue management.
• Lead organizational change; drive adoption and stakeholder engagement across departments.
• Perform other duties to support departmental objectives and tech-enabled capabilities.
