Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in CS/EE or related field with 10+ years QA experience.
• Experience building and managing a QA Center of Excellence.
• Experience communicating to executive leadership.
• Experience building and managing QA teams including recruiting.
• Experience leading large-scale QA projects for complex systems.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools incl. TestComplete, ADO, Git, DesignWise, Postman, JMeter.
• Experience with automation frameworks, incl. Robot Framework.
• Experience with QA methodologies/workflows incl. Waterfall, Agile, continuous automation.
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience supporting Salesforce, Workday, SAP, Vertex; cloud platforms incl. Azure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a clear QA vision, strategy, and release roadmap.
• Build a scalable QA Center of Excellence and managed QA services.
• Recruit and develop talent to meet organizational needs.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and automation.
• Establish scalable QA processes, tools, and frameworks for high velocity environments.
• Oversee all phases of the QA lifecycle from planning to quality validation.
• Ensure comprehensive testing including functional, regression, performance, security.
• Implement and optimize automated testing solutions to improve speed and accuracy.
• Monitor quality metrics to drive data-driven decisions and improvement.
• Collaborate with DevOps to integrate QA with CI/CD pipelines.
