KLBK-TV, part of Nexstar Media Group, is seeking an experienced Digital Media Director to lead the digital content operation and multiplatform strategy in Lubbock, Texas. Reporting to the Director of News & Multiplatform Content, you will guide editorial strategy, grow audiences, manage streaming and CTV initiatives, and coach Digital Producers toward measurable results.

Qualifications

Minimum five years of leadership experience in digital news or multiplatform content operations.
Strong knowledge of digital analytics, SEO, audience behavior, and streaming ecosystems.
Excellent editorial judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead digital, social, streaming, and CTV content strategy as part of newsroom leadership.
Drive multiplatform content planning, audience growth, and coverage execution.
Direct digital coverage during breaking news and severe weather events.
Set and monitor KPIs with regular feedback and development opportunities.
Foster collaboration across broadcast, digital, and streaming platforms.
