Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic media, or publisher monetization.
• Strong relationships across agencies, trading desks, DSPs, SSPs, and advertisers.
• Experience with streaming audio, podcast advertising, and premium video inventory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive monetization strategy across programmatic channels.
• Lead revenue operations, reporting, and performance reviews with senior leadership.
