Job summary

The Aspen Group (TAG) seeks a Manager of Digital Dentistry IT Support to lead Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for digital dentistry platforms. This role drives strategy, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product teams to scale operations.

You will partner with senior IT and clinical leaders to improve processes, ensure HIPAA compliance, and deliver proactive service improvements across CAD/CAM tools and intraoral scanners.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in IT support management, ideally in healthcare, dental, or medical tech settings.
• Strong understanding of IT operations, help desk, and service delivery frameworks (ITIL).
• Familiarity with healthcare technologies and regulations, including HIPAA.
• Experience with digital dentistry platforms and cross-functional collaboration.
• Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+/Network+ or Microsoft MCP are a plus.
