Job summary

Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC) is seeking a Talent Manager, DevOps Engineering to lead the DevOps Engineering Team. You will drive strategic planning, operational excellence, and be accountable for delivering robust cloud platforms and scalable infrastructure.

You will mentor team members, collaborate with Product Owners and Solution Architects, and align engineering with ARC’s business goals. ARC offers WorkFlex hybrid work and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related engineering field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of AWS Cloud administration including cost reporting, optimization, and management.
• 3+ years of experience in managing, coaching, and developing technical teams.
• Experience with full cycle development (SDLC) in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Experience with DevOps role including CI/CD Automation, Infrastructure as code (Terraform), and source code management (Git).
• Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence technology strategy and best practices across peer and leadership groups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the DevOps Engineering team with a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Design and implement DevOps functions, processes, and a cloud platforms roadmap to meet customer needs.
• Develop team members by providing tools, training and growth opportunities.
• Partner with Product Teams and Solution Architects to improve supportability, scalability and recovery of cloud solutions.
• Plan, direct and oversee the DevOps budget, recruiting, and performance management.
• Stay current with technologies and best practices to better serve ARC’s customers.
