Job summary

Factory is seeking a deeply technical, high-agency Head of Developer Relations to shape how developers discover, understand, and build with Factory. You will define the external voice and own the end-to-end developer relationship, from education to feedback and adoption.

This role sits at the intersection of Engineering, Product, Marketing, and the community; you will write code, set strategy, craft content, and represent Factory at conferences and online events.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in developer relations, education, or leadership.
• Proven ability to build and explain modern software development workflows.
• Track record of creating trusted content for developers.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead developer relations strategy across content, community, events, partnerships, and social channels.
• Be the visible external voice for Factory through LinkedIn, conferences, podcasts, and communities.
• Create tutorials, demos, samples, docs, and case studies showcasing practical workflows.
• Develop and grow an active, self-sustaining developer community around Factory.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure developer feedback influences roadmaps.
