Job summary

Lightsage is building infrastructure for the emergent agent economy and hosts DevToolArena.com to benchmark how coding agents use APIs and MCP servers. This founding-growth hire will own growth channels, publish benchmarks, and lead developer relations to turn attention into pipeline for sales.

The role focuses on building relationships with DevRel leaders, running launches, talks, and community programs, and owning the website and signup experiments. On-site in San Francisco, CA.

Qualifications

• Experience in growth, developer relations or developer marketing at a developer-tool, API or infrastructure company.
• Technical ability to build demos, read API docs and run coding agents.
• Strong technical writing and a public portfolio (posts, talks, open‑source work or videos).
• Measuring impact and running experiments on content, channels and conversion.

Responsibilities

• Own DevToolArena.com as a growth channel and publish benchmarks and leaderboard results.
• Lead developer relations: engage with DevRel and developer-experience leaders; run launches, talks and programs to drive inbound demand.
• Own website, SEO, and experiments behind signups and inbound demand.
