Job summary

Xsolla is seeking a Developer Experience Director in Los Angeles to lead the regional Developer Relations team, mentor evangelists, drive lighthouse integration projects, and engage with game developers at events and online communities.

The role blends technical leadership with community advocacy, content creation, and collaboration with product and marketing to improve developer experiences and adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Developer Relations or Technical Evangelism with leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills across distributed teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for technical and business audiences.
• Experience creating technical content and developer enablement materials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee developer relations activities in the assigned region, aligning with global strategy.
• Manage and mentor Developer Evangelists (Community & Integrations) and foster technical excellence.
• Lead lighthouse integration cases and inspire partners and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Product Management to capture and act on developer feedback.
• Represent Xsolla at regional/global events and deliver high-impact talks and workshops.
• Organize developer meetups, hackathons, and platform-launch events.
• Guide creation of developer docs, tutorials, demos, and education materials.
