Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years leading and developing a Sales Operations team.
• Experience designing and running incentive, rewards, or recognition programs.
• Strong ability to set measurable goals and build reporting to track them.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage programs and initiatives for Dealer Sales and Performance Management end-to-end.
• Lead dealer marketing efforts in collaboration with Marketing and field leadership.
• Develop and execute a Dealer Rewards Program tied to performance goals and budget.
